FAQ
Is there an age limit for me to attend the concert?
Children aged 5 and up will need a ticket. Children under 5 need to book the chair separately. Parents are free to bring their little ones. The under 16-year-old companion needs to be accompanied by his/her adult guardian.
Will photography or videography be permitted?
Professional photography and videography will not be allowed. However, patrons are, of course, free to share their phone-recorded snippets and tag the organizers.
Is it a seated event?
Yes, it is a seated event. Seating is reserved. You can bring in your online ticket and they will give you your seat number at the Box Office.
What is forbidden to bring inside the venue?
No cameras, recording instruments of any sort, weapons, food, drinks, or alcohol are allowed inside.
Will I get a refund if I cancel my ticket?
As the ticket purchase cannot be refunded, one will have to confirm their availability before buying in.
